ANAS (“mantainer of the road network and the Italian highways of national interest” they say about themselves) was rebuilding its projects and budgets-tracking OS.
After an hard IT work they reached a satisfying result regarding funcionalities, but the new platform missed something: personality (and good design).
So we created a distinctive logo that could be used for internal communications, and redesigned the original windows-95-style UI in order to make it lighter and clearer, having in mind the hours the engineers would have passed on the platform.
